Today, I wanted to check the sync speed of the main online file storage providers.
I synced the same file of around 800 MB on each platform (one at a time) with their respective Windows Syncronization application with no other specific internet traffic. I then captured the print screen of the Windows 10 Task Manager to see how much network traffic each of the Syncing applications was generating. Below you can see print screens with the results, you will also see how much RAM each Sync app was consuming.
Just as a reference at home (Switzerland) I have a 500 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up connection from UPC Cablecom which is usually very reliable.
These tests were made on September 3rd 2016 from nearby Zurich, Switzerland.
